Sheila Carey
Director
A superb people manager, Sheila has vast experience of telephone interviewing and works closely with our IT team to ensure our Operations Unit offers leading edge technology and facilities.

Managing both business-to-business and consumer teams in terms of CATI delivery, Sheila has experience in working on large-scale continuous surveys and a wide variety of ad-hoc projects, across all of our key industry sectors.
Sheila also plays a pivotal role in the implementation of quality standards was instrumental in the development of our recognised interviewer and supervisor training programmes. |
Fernanda Silveira
Project Manager
Fernanda joined Munro Operations' sister company FDS International in 2002 as an international telephone interviewer while completing her Masters Degree in Applied Social & Market Research from University of Westminster.

Following this she was promoted to Research Assistant, responsible for managing continuous quantitative research and mystery shopping projects.
Fernanda now co-ordinates all international projects and client liason, as well as providing project management and research support for Munro Operations.
Fernanda’s unique combination of practical research experience, customer focus and academic links make her a valuable and outstanding project manager. |
